Same as 3 Star PLUS Larger Vendor Space or Display Space if wanted (Let us know size needed); Sign or Banner on Stage or other requested locations (Sponsor may provide signs or banners); Choice of event to sponsor: Tribute, Fly-In, Ride-In, Cruise-In, Entertainment, Kid Zone, Official After Party.

Same as 4 Star PLUS any additional benefits we work out with Sponsor.

Donations may be monetary, supplies or in-kind promotion. Website, magazine, newspaper, radio, television, billboard, etc. Trades must be agreed upon prior to signing Sponsor Application.

Billboards: $800+$125 setup=$925. Get 4 Star benefits. AFDF ad and sponsor logo on digital billboard in Bay Minette for 4 weeks. Get $400 poster billboard South of Faulkner State Community College or in Loxley FREE from Lamar Advertising Company. (SEE BELOW)

Bands: If Sponsor pays for a Band, we will trade for closest Sponsor Level. Sponsor sign or banner on stage, band introduced “Presented by“. Sponsor may introduce the band if desired.

Bike Show Trophies: $500. Get 3 Star benefits PLUS logo on Trophies.

Vehicle Show Trophies: $500. Get 3 Star benefits PLUS logo on Trophies.

Portable Toilets: $300. Get 2 Star benefits PLUS 18x24 sign next to Portable Toilets stating “Toilets Courtesy of” or your wording.

T-Shirts or Other Attractions: Contact Greg Mais to discuss ideas. We will trade for closest Level.
